He completed his Ophthalmology qualifications in the U.K. which is certified with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

In 1992 Colin qualified to become a member of the U.K. National Eye Panel for hereditary eye diseases. Colin receives Ophthalmology referrals from Vets as well as owner-generated referrals from across all of W.A.

Ophthalmology consults are usually 40 minutes long, giving Colin optimal time with the clients as well as allowing for tests and/or minor procedures which may be performed in the consult.
